Secreterial
& Administration Diploma
Qualification aim
To demonstrate practical ability and understanding of skills needed
for office administration and secretarial functions.
Target group
People who are training for work as a secretary or PA and wish to
develop their careers in administration.
Qualification structure
Available at three levels – First Diploma, Intermediate Diploma
and Advanced Diploma. Candidates must be successful in five single
subjects at appropriate levels to qualify for the Diploma.

Assessment method
There is no separate examination for this Diploma. Candidates apply
for each Single Subject exam separately. When they have obtained
the necessary range of subjects they can apply for their Diploma.
There is no time limit during which the relevant single subject
awards must be obtained.
